Thea is a small family-owned winery in Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County, California. We make the world's most food-friendly wine: Sauvignon Blanc.

We use organic farming methods in our vineyard to produce the best quality, healthiest grapes possible.

Thea is a collaboration between proprietors Daniel Donahoe and Alexis Woods, vineyard manager Duff Bevill, and wine maker Bill Knuttel.

2007 Thea Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc ($19.99)

From the vineyard to the bottle, this single-vineyard wine was made to capture the freshness and vitality of some of Dry Creek Valley's best grapes.

The grapes from hand harvested in the cool of morning. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with careful temperature control. The wine was tank-aged for nearly eight months to give it a rounder mouthfeel.

Pairing suggestions: Fish, shellfish, chicken, turkey, salads, vegetarian dishes. Try it with Thanksgiving dinner.
